Every project starts with a consultation to determine if we're a good fit. This is generally over email or through a DM. I’m alway happy to chat on the phone but I do prefer a paper trail of ideas to refer back to. I offer a selection of pre-priced design packages—including logos kits, illustrations, and product design—but if your project falls outside of these, I'll provide a custom quote. Once pricing is determined, full payment is required upfront, with payment plans available for projects exceeding $1,000.

Before any design work begins, we’ll chat about a vision for your project—such as design elements, art style, font choices, composition, and color schemes. If you have a solid idea, I’ll move forward with it as the final concept. If you're unsure, I’ll provide two rough drafts to help establish a direction. Additional rough drafts beyond the first two are $75 each.
Each final design includes two free revisions for minor adjustments, such as small illustrative tweaks or placement changes. Additional revisions are $75 each. Any request that goes beyond minor revisions will be considered a rework and will require an additional fee based on estimated time. Minor revisions include things like small illustrative tweaks, color adjustments, or placement changes. Anything beyond that—like changing the entire concept, layout, or illustration style—is considered a rework and may be subject to additional fees. Please note that revisions or extra concept drafts may affect turnaround time.
Typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks from project start, depending on project scope. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee. Due to the creative nature of design work, all payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

Upon project completion, you'll receive all native AI or PSD files, SVG files and PNG files. You will have full ownership and usage rights for any artwork created, though I reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio or for promotional purposes.
